ANOINTING OF THE SICK
If you, someone you know, or take care of is in need of the Sacrament of Anointing, please contact Fr. Jud. He is able to visit you whether you are in your home or in a health care facility. In case of dire emergency, please note that many health care facilities have a Catholic chaplain on call.
If you are able to attend church and would like an anointing before a surgery or in case of a chronic medical condition, Fr. Jud can anoint you after Mass by the ambry (the cabinet where we keep the Holy Oils) located near the baptismal font.
If you would like to attend a regularly scheduled anointing service, please visit The Community of the Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 8815 East Kemper Road in Cincinnati at their 6:15 p.m. Mass every Wednesday, or attend the monthly Healing Service at St. Ignatius Church which consists of songs, Scripture, a talk and anointing on the first Wednesday of each month from 7:30 – 9:00 p.m. at 5222 North Bend Road in Cincinnati.

The first step in the funeral planning process is to call our Parish Secretary, Amber Pavlina, to schedule a day and time for the funeral.
Amber will then reach out to parish staff to schedule a funeral officiant.
